Eat Right :
Making right choices for food, can help you manage your weight and lower the risk of chronic diseases, one should always look for healthy food option when it comes to eating right food.
We should eat balanced diet, and make sure that the ingredients we are using are healthier and good for our health.
It is very important to know your body type, as to what suits you and what not and we should feed our body accordingly, because many a number of times some healthy ingredients which are heathier for your body may not be healthier for other person.
For example a Gym trainer needs high intake of protein in his body, on the other hand and normal person with no fitness regime may not require that much amount of protein intake in his/her body. Therefore it is very important that we eat what suits our body and should not follow any type of diet, just because it is in trend.
Exercise :
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances and maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.
Exercise may be defined as any movement that makes our muscles work and requires your body to burn calories. There many types of exercise swimmimg, running. Jogging, walking, yoga and dancing to name a few.
Being active has been shown to have
many health benefits, both physically and mentally.

Meditation :
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity to train attention and awareness.

Have Sound Sleep :
One should have atleast 7-8hrs of sleep daily, a sound sleep can reduce the levels of stress, which leads to better control of blood pressure.
some essentials we should follow before going to bed are :
Listen too soothing music, like white noise, music of waves and oceans.
keep your phone aside atleast half an hour before going to bed.
Make your room dark
you also have little foot massage, it eases your sleep.
Drinking adequate amount of water :
Water travels through our body carrying nutrients, oxygen and wastes to from our cells and organs. Water keeps our body cool as part of our body's temperature regulating system. Water cushions your joints, and protects your tissues and organs from shock and damage. Drinking adequate amount of water flushes out toxins from your body, which in turn improves your skin complexion and maintains regularity.
Ideally one should drink atleast 7-8 glasses of water daily.
Water helps to carry nutrients and oxygen to your cells.
Flushing out bacteria from your bladder.
Helps in proper digestion
Preventing constipation.
